       "The STI/HIV Prevention and Control division is the provincial centre of excellence for that coordinates BC-wide efforts to control STI/HIV. Operates an outpatient STI clinic, an outreach prevention program, on–reserve education, and consultation services for practitioners on STI management."
       This site is another well-known site and organization. This division focuses solely on STDs and AIDS. It has information on prevention and control, basic information on different types, symptoms/response, and also statistics. This site also has a long list of clinics, programs, events, etc. to help people in need of information and health advisors. -OCC
       This site offers information on many diseases and infections including STIs and HIV, comparable to the U.S.'s CDC. Pertaining to STIs specifically, it offers in-depth information, educational handouts, statistics and research, and clinical programs all based in British Columbia. -RKP

       "Since 1971, providing a broad array of services for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community, welcoming nearly a quarter-million client visits from ethnically diverse youth and adults each year. Through its Jeffrey Goodman Special Care Clinic and on-site pharmacy, the Center offers free and low-cost health, mental health, HIV/AIDS medical care and HIV/STD testing and prevention. It also offers legal, social, cultural, and educational services, with unique programs for seniors, families and youth, including a 24-bed transitional living program for homeless youth."
       I find this organization to have some of the most helpful information, giving information on almost 20 STDs. The site is very easy to follow and simply laid out for anyone's use. The site has information on different types of prevention, risk factors and level of harm, and a list of referrals to other clinics that can be found near you. The site also has a downloadable list of referrals in Spanish for your use. 
       This organization is one of the most well-rounded being that their site offers very helpful information. For people in Los Angeles, they also provide many on-site programs, free STD screening and treatment, as well as many services tailored for the gay and lesbian community but available to all. -RKP

       This is a simple article, although it has interesting and helpful information about STDs. It contains commonly asked questions that are simply explained. This includes information on symptoms, whether to be checked or not, preventions, misconceptions and more. -OCC
       Website offers a short and clear articles about STDs in a really simple manner. It covers the basics and also offers links to other organizations and resource centers. It also includes good prevention methods and dispels myths. -RKP

       STD Prevention is a division of the CDC, a well-known organization to help one learn about all these diseases and then get help. In this section, it is very easy to follow and find what you need. It contains information about different types of STDs, including press releases and science reports. There is also information on treatments, causes, symptoms and more. This includes slides and pictures of many different STDs.
       The CDC is a department of the federal government so the site is well-known for its credibility and most-recent statistical data. It has many fact sheets, color slides on each STD, statistics, and even more information. -RKP

       This site is easy to follow and contains a lot of information on different STDs. Information on treatments, symptoms, descriptions and more about each one. The site also has a dating database to connect you to people with similar problems. The site  has a few inspirational stories about overcoming STDs. There is also a section specifically targeted for the teen population.
       I agree. Text is simple to follow and understand while also educational. Targets the teen community very much. -RKP

       "...a program of the American Social Health Association (ASHA) that provides information, materials and referrals to anyone concerned about sexually transmitted infections (STI). Health Communication Specialists are on staff to answer STI questions on such topics as transmission, risk reduction, prevention, testing and treatment."
       Health Communications STD Specialists available to speak with callers about STDs and treatment. Due to a huge caller volume and no state or federal funding, it may take some type but they are very knowledgeable. -RKP

       This site is very helpful, and focused fully to the teenage population. Although the clinics one can find by searching can only be found in California, if you are not from California, the information can be useful. Has a question and answer section, information on birth control, safe sex, STD prevention, and more. -OCC
       This is site is one of the best interactive teen sexual health websites available. The layout is user-friendly and the information is very simple and factual. Not only does it offer information on STDs, but also pregnancy, sage sex, birth control, sexual health, etc. -RKP
