In
all things of nature, there is something of the marvelous.
It is the marriage of the soul with Nature that makes
the intellect fruitful, and gives birth to imagination. We still do not know one thousandth of one percent of
what nature has revealed to us.
Nature does nothing uselessly. The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or
unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the
heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it
should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty
of nature. The least movement is of importance to all nature. The
entire ocean is affected by a pebble.
What nature delivers to us is never stale. Because
what nature creates has eternity in it. The art of medicine consists of amusing the patient
while Nature cures the disease Man has been endowed with reason, with the power to
create, so that he can add to what
he's been given. But up to now he hasn't been a creator, only a destroyer.
Forests keep disappearing, rivers dry up, wild life's become extinct, the
climate's ruined and the land grows poorer and uglier every day. See how nature - trees, flowers, grass - grows in
silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence...we
need silence to be able to touch souls.
Nature never deceives us; it is we who deceive
ourselves.
