We are sad that more than 15,000 people lost their lives, and that many more are displaced. We are also concerned about dangers from the ruined nuclear power plants. We encourage you to consider this excellent, very specific advice on how you can help disaster victims. We also encourage you to know that you can help make a difference for the more than 50,000 innocent people who lose their lives each day from poverty related causes.
